RACE WORKOUT

Take on the challenge of REDLINE Fitness Games as an individual, with a partner, or in a team of 4.

Run

Get your race started with the 500m run.

Ski ERG

A full-body workout on the SkiErg. Hit it hard while you’re still fresh!

Deadball Over Shoulder

On to raw REDLINE power. Lift the deadball from the ground and drive it explosively over your shoulder, rep after rep.

Bike ERG

Feel the burn as you get your legs spinning fast on the BikeErg.

Farmer’s Carry

A walking carry on a looping course, holding a pair of REDLINE kettlebells.

Shuttle Run

20m run repeats; 1 foot and 1 hand must touch the floor at each end of the lane, across a marked line.

Plank Pull

How strong is your core under pressure? Lock in a rock-solid plank and drag the loaded battle rope across the line without breaking position.

Sandbag Gauntlet

A series of squats and walking lunges while carrying a sandbag. Jelly legs coming your way!

ROW ERG

A seat, but not for rest.
The oar awaits. Grip it. Drive hard. Row like you mean it!

Burpee Thruster

Bring that chest to floor, explode back up, and thrust the wallball overhead as fast as you can!

The Mule

A sequence of fast carries with progressively heavier sandbags.

Sled Push & Pull

The final hurdle. A 15m push and pull of a weighted sled. Then, get your finish line pose ready… you’re about to become a REDLINER!
