Partner with a buddy and tag-team your way through 12 workout stations in a ‘You-Go-I-Go’ (YGIG) format.

Gather your Team of 4 and work in a relay format through 12 workout stations. Each team member completes 3 consecutive workout stations before tagging the next person. Work as a team to conquer the course and cross the finish line together.

WORKOUT STATIONS

REDLINE pushes your limits in a fitness race like no other. Work through 12 functional fitness workout stations to test your cardio, strength, endurance, power, agility, balance, coordination and flexibility. Your race will last between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on your fitness level. Sweat and fun guaranteed!

Speed
Complete a 400m run.
Cardiovascular Endurance
Complete a set amount of calories on a BikeErg.
Muscular Endurance
Carrying weight, complete combinations of squats and walking lunges.
Strength & Power
Pull a weighted sled with your feet in a stationary position.
Muscular Endurance
Hold a kettlebell in each hand while walking for 150m.
Cardiovascular Endurance
Complete a set amount of calories on a RowErg.
Muscular Endurance
Toss the dead ball as far as you can and burpee broad jump towards the ball. Repeat until you have completed the designated distance.
Strength & Push
Push a weighted sled for 40m.

Muscular Endurance
Throw a weighted ball laterally against a wall while balancing on a Bosu Ball.

Muscular Endurance
Tap the randomly-sequenced coloured lights as fast as you can.

Cardiovascular Endurance
Complete a set amount of calories on a SkiErg.

Muscular Endurance
A sequence of shuttle runs over 3 designated distances, with 3 different weights for each shuttle run.
