Race through the REDLINE Arena as fast as you can. Manage your effort to operate at maximum speed without blowing up your engine.
There are 3 categories: Singles, Doubles & Team Relay

DEADBALL BURPEES
POWER
Perform a full burpee, then toss the dead ball over a target height. Repeat until you have completed the designated repetitions.

PENDULUM SHOTS
BALANCE & COORDINATION
Throw a wall ball from side to side alternately, while balancing on top of a bosu ball. One rep is counted each time the ball is caught after hitting the wall.

Complete a set amount of calories on a BikeErg.

SANDBAG GAUNTLET
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE
Carrying a designated sandbag weight, complete combinations of squats and walking lunges.

BATTLE ROPE WHIPS
POWER & STRENGTH Endurance
Swing up the battle ropes up with both hands and then slam down creating a wave-like motion so that the ropes hit a set target height.

FARMER'S CARRY
STRENGTH ENDURANCE
Grip a kettlebell in each hand while walking for a set amount of distance.

AGILITY CHAMBER
AGILITY & MOBILITY
Tap the randomly-sequenced coloured lights as fast as you can for a set amount of repetitions.

CARDIORESPIRATORY ENDURANCE
Complete a set amount of calories on a SkiErg.

THE MULE
CARDIO & MUSCLE ENDURANCE
A sequence of shuttle runs over 2 designated distances, with 2 different weights for each run.

SLED PUSH-PULL
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE / POWER / CARDIO
Push a weighted sled for 15m down the lane, then grab the handles and pull the sled back down the 15m lane. Repeat 2 times for a total of 60m.
