When do I get my timing chip?

You’ll receive your timing chip at the start line, 15 minutes before your wave begins.

Please collect your race pack at least 60 minutes before your wave starts. Of course, you are welcome to arrive earlier if you wish.

Can I bring hydration and/or nutrition into the race arena?

You can, but it’s not recommended. We have 3 hydration stations available on the course.

In the Doubles category, where should the resting partner be?

On stationary workout stations, the resting partner must wait at the designated marked point until it’s their turn.

On moving stations, the resting partner must follow directly behind the working partner.

Exception: Shuttle Runs — the resting partner waits at the end of the running lane until it’s their turn.

In the Team Relay, how do we transition?
  • Before the race starts:

All team members must position themselves in

the Arena. Team member 1 will be at the start line. Team members 2, 3 & 4 will be waiting in their respective “changeover boxes” that are marked along the outside of the Arena.

  • During the race:

Team members must wait inside their respective “changeover box” until they have been passed the team timing chip.

The team member whose turn it is to work, must secure the team timing chip around their ankle before entering the Arena to complete their 3 workout stations.

Each team member’s transition must happen inside the “changeover box” by handing over the team timing chip.

  • After completing your 3 workout stations:

Once a team member has finished their 3 workout stations and completed the transition, they are free to walk up the side of the Arena and cheer their team to the finish line.

  • At the finish line:

The first 3 team members must be in the zone directly in front of the finish line before the 4th team member completes the Sled Push & Pull, without hindering other teams.

Only 1 team member can ever be in the Sled Push & Pull lane. The other team members must wait at the designated area at the edge of the carpet. All team members must cross the finish line together with the teamtiming chip.
